How do I collect my child?

Press Check out children on Today, or scan your church's QR code. Some rooms release your child straight away, and others wait for a volunteer to confirm.

Steps to check out

1. On Today, press Check out children. If you scan the QR code instead, you'll go straight to check-out once all your children are checked in, whoever dropped them off. If some still need checking in, press Check out under the list.
2. Uncheck anyone you aren't collecting right now, then press the check-out button at the bottom. To collect a child another family added, open Checking out children you're trusted for?.
3. In a Relaxed room, your child is released straight away. In a Secure room, collect them from the volunteer at that room, who confirms the handover.

If your children are in different rooms, each one follows its own room's setting.

Troubleshooting

• A volunteer declined the handover. Your child is still checked in to the room. Press Check out children again when you're ready to leave. If it's declined a second time, talk to the volunteer at the door.
