Letting someone else collect your child

If you're your child's primary trusted person (usually the adult who added them), you can add or remove who else can collect them from the Trusted people row on Today.

Steps to invite someone

1. On Today, find the Manage section and press Trusted people.
2. Press Invite someone and fill in their details.
3. Press Send invitation.

They'll get an email with an Accept invitation button, which signs them in without a code. They can't check anyone in or out until they accept, so send the invitation before you need them.

A second way in, right after you check in

After you check a child in, a sheet called Add another trusted adult? appears if you haven't yet invited anyone or skipped it. Fill in their details and press Send invitation, or press Skip.

Troubleshooting

• You don't see Trusted people. The row shows for a child you're the primary trusted person for. Otherwise, ask that child's primary trusted person to invite people.
• The invitation hasn't been accepted. Press Resend invitation from the same page. If their details were wrong, press Cancel and start again.
