Setting up the first time

You can set up before a room is open: scan the QR code, sign up and add your children, and check-in is one tap when the session starts.

Steps to get set up

  1. Scan your church's QR code and enter your email address.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
  3. If you're new, add your name and, if you like, a mobile number, then press Continue.
  4. Add your first child's details, then press Save and continue.

If a room is open, you land on Who's here today? and can check your child in straight away. If none is open, you land on Today, and Check in children appears once a volunteer opens a room.

Tip

Add a passkey from Your details once you're set up, so future sign-ins use your face, fingerprint or screen lock instead of waiting for a code.

Troubleshooting

  • The code hasn't arrived. Check spam, then press Send the code again.
  • You're not sure you've already set up. Sign in with the same email. If you already have an account, you'll go straight to your children.
