How do I subscribe?

To subscribe, open Settings, then the Billing tab, and press Subscribe. You'll pay by card on a Stripe page, and your church moves to the Standard plan with unlimited check-ins.

Steps to subscribe

1. Open Settings, then the Billing tab.
2. Press Subscribe. You're taken to Stripe to pay, and Hey Burrow never sees your card number.
3. Pay on the Stripe page and you're sent back to Billing, subscribed.

For a few seconds after you pay, Billing may say your subscription is activating. Check-in is unlimited straight away, so there's nothing to wait for.

There's no trial and no setup fee. Your first payment covers the month ahead.

What it costs

The price is per active location, per month, so a church that meets at two campuses or sites pays for two locations. For a church in Australia, GST is added on top.

Troubleshooting

• You want the cap gone for one busy week only. Subscribing is the only way to lift it, and the free tier has no per-week option. You can cancel afterward, though you still pay for that month.
