How do I cancel our subscription?

Canceling ends your subscription at the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You keep unlimited check-ins until then, and after that your church moves to the free tier. You cancel in Stripe's billing portal.

Steps to cancel

1. Open Settings, then the Billing tab.
2. Press Manage subscription to open Stripe's billing portal.
3. Choose to cancel. It's scheduled for the end of the current period, and nothing changes before then.

If you change your mind before the period ends, undo the cancellation in the same portal and the subscription carries on.

What happens to your data

Your rooms, sessions, locations, people and past records all stay as they are. Once the free tier takes over, it includes up to 10 check-ins a week on your busiest session. See How does the free tier work?.

Canceling doesn't delete the church. If you want the church and its records gone, see Deleting your church's account (and exporting first). Deleting ends the subscription straight away, with no refund for the rest of the period.
