Remove a volunteer

Press Remove beside their name on Volunteers to take their access away immediately. Your church's Owner can do this, and so can a volunteer with Manage volunteers access, though not for themselves or the Owner. If you don't have Manage volunteers access, ask the Owner to turn it on. For someone who hasn't accepted their invitation yet, use Cancel invitation instead.

Steps to remove a volunteer

1. Go to Volunteers.
2. Press Remove beside the volunteer you want to remove.
3. Press Remove again to confirm.

As the Owner, you can invite them again if they need access back.

Someone who hasn't accepted their invitation yet

A volunteer who hasn't accepted shows as Invited and has no Remove button. Press Cancel invitation instead. That deletes the invitation, so the link in their email stops working.
