Allergies and medical notes: what volunteers see

A volunteer can read a child's allergies and medical notes in a room, and editing them needs Manage people access. The Owner, or a volunteer with Manage people access, edits them from People, and the child's primary trusted person (the parent or caregiver who added them) can edit them from the check-in area. What a volunteer sees

On the room dashboard, a checked-in child with a note recorded shows a Medical note badge. A volunteer can tap it to read the note without leaving the dashboard. The full text is also on the child's record under People.
