How do I change a trusted person's mobile number?

An Owner, or a volunteer with Manage people access, can update a trusted person's mobile number from their record on People. If you don't have Manage people access, ask the Owner to turn it on. The trusted person can also update their own from the check-in area.

Steps, as the Owner

1. Open People and press the trusted person's row.
2. Change Mobile number.
3. Press Save changes.

A mobile number change doesn't need a confirmation code, unlike an email address.

The trusted person's own way

They can do the same from Your details in the check-in area. See I've got a new phone or number.

Troubleshooting

• You can't find Mobile number on the record. Editing needs your church's Owner or a volunteer with Manage people access, so ask the Owner to change the number or to give you that access.
