How do I see who's here right now?

Press a room on Today and read Who's here, which lists every child currently checked into that room. To cover the building, go through each running room in turn.

The list updates as children are checked in, checked out and moved. It shows who Hey Burrow has recorded, so it's only as current as the last check-in or check-out.

Steps

1. Open Today.
2. Look at every room under Happening now, including the No session group if you have one.
3. Press a room to see how many children are checked in and who they are.
4. Go back to Today and press the next room.

A child stays in Who's here after their trusted person (the parent or caregiver) asks to collect them, until you press Confirm handover. See The room dashboard.

If you have more than one location

Today shows one location at a time. Use Change location to switch, then repeat for that location's rooms.

If a room you expected isn't there

• The room has closed. A closed room stays on Today as a single line for about ten minutes, and you can press it to see Who was here.
• It's under another location. Check the location's name at the top of Today.
• The page won't load. If the internet is down, use your paper sheet. See If the internet drops: your paper backup.
