Your Sunday in five steps

Five things carry a room through a session: open it, let families check themselves in, watch it while it runs, confirm handovers at pickup, and let it close.

The five steps

1. Open your room. On the Today dashboard, find your session and press Open a room. Check-in can't start until you do, and your name goes on the record for the session. See Open a room.
2. Families check themselves in. They scan your church's printed QR code with their own phone. See Your check-in QR code.
3. Watch the room dashboard. Keep an eye on who's in the room and on any medical notes. See The room dashboard.
4. Confirm handovers at pickup. In a Secure room, press Confirm handover before a child leaves. A Relaxed room releases children without asking you. See Check a child out.
5. Let it close. The room closes on its own once the last child has left and check-in has closed. If you opened a room you don't need, close it yourself while it's empty. See When a room closes.
